That's what I keep telling Josh at least. I'm so green. I bought bags to take to and from the grocery store! I LOVE using them. It makes me feel cool.

Waiting for the Parade

J has decided that he doesn't like me to take his picture, so every time I tell him to smile he closes his eyes and pulls a silly face. I have found that I get much better results if I sneak up on him, so that's exactly what I did while we were waiting for the parade to start on Labor Day. It isn't centered, but I kind of like it that way!

Rock On

We sure missed ya at Beading Beauties tonight!  We beaded outside on my patio.  It was fun!!

I made one of my big chunky necklaces to sell on Stacy's new website she just started.  She's selling handmade crafts/gifts.  We'll see if it actually sells!! haha  Anyway - not exciting, but this is what I made.  I even pulled out the tripod to get this shot! hehe

Fish Lake Lodge

Here is a picture of the Fish Lake Lodge. It is over 100 years old! I wanted the picture to have an old feeling to it, and it would if it weren't for that impressive pontune boat!!

Fun Daddy

Ok so I had a totally lazy Labor Day and didn't go out and take pictures so you get to see another cute shot from my shoot with Little D last week. His daddy is so fun (he's my brother's best bud). He tosses his boy around and makes him laugh and laugh. It was fun to capture their sweet bond.

Ferris Wheel

I hurried and snapped this picture last night at the carnival as we were leaving the band concert due to the rain!! I really like the way that it turned out! I just adjusted the saturation and it was good to go! I like wanted to keep the color but subdue it a bit.

Notice that I actually posted the picture the correct way!! Yeah! Now all I have to do is figure out the settings that I used for the shot and I am good to go!

LOSER ALERT!!

I'm a big loser but I have the hardest time remembering to post on the weekends! ARGH. Here it is after midnight on Sunday and I have posted nothing all weekend. OOPS! SORRY GIRLY! Tomorrow I'll go out and take something I promise.
